Privacy policy

Short version: we are a family renting out one house. We keep the details needed to let you stay in it, and nothing else.

The pages themselves are static files. They set no advertising or tracking cookies and we run no advertising networks on them. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, not from a third party.

Booking and payment run on Lodgify, our booking system, and card payments are handled by our payment provider. When you book we receive your name, e-mail address, phone number, the dates, the number of guests and the amount paid. We never see or store your full card number. These details are used to run your stay and to meet Cypriot accounting and tourism rules, and are kept as long as those rules require.

If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation so we can answer and so we remember what was agreed. The chat assistant on this site is an AI service provided by ElevenLabs; what you type into it is sent to that service to produce an answer. Do not type card numbers, passport details or anything else sensitive into the chat — use e-mail or WhatsApp for that.

If you book through a platform, that platform is the one that collects your data and has its own privacy policy. We receive from it only what we need to prepare your arrival.

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
