There is no reservations department. Write to us and the message reaches the people who own the house and look after it — usually within a few hours, and far faster on WhatsApp.
Which to use
- WhatsApp for anything quick: dates, a question about the house, something during your stay.
- E-mail when you want it in writing — invoices, long questions, documents.
- Victoria is our representative on the island. If something needs a person at the door, she is the one who comes.
- If you booked through Booking.com or Airbnb you can also write in that platform’s chat; it reaches us too.
Where the villa is
Paradise Gardens 1, Villa V7, 39 Leoforos Taxiarchon, Kato Paphos 8036, Cyprus. The house sits inside a quiet residential complex with a barrier at each entrance — the barrier opens with a free phone call to a number we send you before arrival. Paphos International Airport is about 15 km away, roughly twenty minutes by car or taxi.
On foot
Nearest beach about 800 m. Supermarkets and bakeries five to ten minutes. Paphos Archaeological Park about fifteen. The harbour and the promenade about twenty.
By car
Free private parking beside the house. The airport is twenty minutes; Coral Bay, Latchi and the Akamas are an easy day out.
Arriving late
Check-in is self-service from 15:00 and the keys wait in a key safe by the door, so a midnight landing is not a problem.
