Why book direct
The best rate
Booking.com and Airbnb add their commission to the nightly rate. Booking here skips it, which is why the direct price is usually the lowest you will find for the house.
You talk to the owners
The person answering your message is the person who looks after the house. No agency, no call centre, no ticket number.
Nothing added later
Utilities, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are all in the nightly rate. The only extra is a one-off €60 cleaning fee, shown in the total before you pay — no resort fee, no service fee.
How payment works
- 50% of the total is paid when you book, by card, through our secure payment system.
- The remaining 50% is due no later than seven days before arrival.
- Prepayments are non-refundable. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can — moving the dates is sometimes possible if the house is free.
- A €100 pre-authorisation is placed on your card on the day of arrival and released the day after departure. Nothing is charged unless something is damaged — and if something breaks, just tell us.
What happens after you book
- You get an immediate confirmation by e-mail with the dates and the total.
- A few days before you travel we send the arrival pack: the code for the key safe, the number that opens the entrance barrier, photo directions to the door, and the Wi-Fi password.
- You arrive whenever your flight gets in — check-in is self-service from 15:00, and there is no reception to catch before it closes.
- During your stay you can reach us on WhatsApp, and our representative Victoria is on the island if anything needs a person on the spot.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. Maximum six guests. No pets, no smoking indoors, no parties — Paradise Gardens is a quiet residential complex with families on every side.
