The house, room by room
No styling and no borrowed stock photographs — these are the rooms as they are, taken in daylight on ordinary days.
Outside
Villa Nadezda stands in Paradise Gardens, a low-rise residential complex on Leoforos Taxiarchon. Blue shutters, a blue gate and bougainvillea over the railings from spring onwards.
Living and dining
One open room of 60 m² with the kitchen at one end and the long pine table at the other, and the owner’s paintings on every wall.
The bedrooms
Three bedrooms on the first floor, each with a pine bedstead. Linen and towels are fresh for every arrival.
The bathrooms
One with a walk-in shower, one with a bath, and a separate guest WC downstairs.
The patio and the lemon tree
The covered patio faces a green square between two blocks. The lemon tree beside the door fruits almost all year — guests are welcome to pick.
The pools and the garden
Two shared pools a short walk from the door: a large one for adults and a separate shallow one for children.
